Our department's student services team is happy to help advise you about your study of French and/or Italian, to help plan your major and minor requirements, and to support you as you make progress toward your degree. Here is a quick reference guide to academic advising in French & Italian.
Undergraduate Advising Hours
| Monday-Thursday | 9:00-11:30am and 1:30-4pm for walk-ins, phone, Zoom, and/or email. |
| Friday | 9:00-11:30am and 1:30-4pm via phone, Zoom, and/or email. Our office is closed to the public on Fridays. |
We are available to answer your questions and for advising on many academic matters, including:
- Requesting paperwork to add or drop a major/minor
- Language placement exams
- Course registration
- Waitlists
- Questions about adding a major/minor in our department
- Major/minor progress checks
- Course petitions
- EAP/transfer coursework
- Any other advising questions
